Huawei Watch GT Runner-0D6 Compatibility

Hi there

I have Huawei Watch GT Runner-0D6 and I found out that it is not compatible with the Google Wear OS but only with the Huaway Health app.

I have purchased a watch face and i cannot install it to my watch.

Please help
