trying to relocate pivot points on hands

I downloadedpictures of Rolex Hands but the pivot points are not in the right locations. Ive tried to change them in a program caled GIMP but having alot of trouble doing that.I set it up and when IExport as a png file to use on the watch face they somehow revert back to the wrong location and the hands fly all over the watch face. Any help?
